Colema Board

WHAT CAUSES COLON PROBLEMS? Using the modern toilet without squatting, improper diet, insufficient exercise, stress, overeating and ignoring the "call of nature" causes most colon problems. Most of us, have eaten 10, 20, 40 years of refined, processed, fried, and overcooked foods. Eating mucous producing foods such as meat, dairy products and flour, cause dense, sticky bowel movement, and is a sign of trouble. When they are expelled, they leave behind a glue like coating on the wall of the colon. This accumulates, layers by layers, into a black hard rubbery crust. The body cannot eliminate these layers of hardened mucous on its own. They are often carried for the duration of the person's life, as a toxic burden.

HOW TO CLEAN THE COLON? Colon cleansing is simple through colon irrigation. Colon Irrigation is an internal bath that helps cleanse the colon of poisons, gas and accumulated fecal matter. There is no discomfort, no pain, no internal pressure, just a steady, gentle flow of water washing the inner colon walls. You'll be surprise when you see foods you haven't eaten for 2, 3 years come out of you.

ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS TO COLON IRRIGATION? None. It is not uncommon however, for some people to start to feel as if they have a cold or headache after a session. Toxins that have been dormant in the colon are now being flushed out and a small amount may be reabsorbed into the body's system.

WILL ENEMAS DO THE SAME THING? An enema uses very little water compared to a colon irrigation, 1 or 2 quarts in an enema versus 5 to 10 gallons in a colon irrigation. An enema will reach if you're lucky, 8 to 10 inches into your colon while a colon irrigation will rinse your entire colon, about 5 1/2 feet. Colon irrigations allow you to lie on your back in a much more comfortable position so you can relax and massage your colon. Using an enema is better than nothing if you're constipated, but it doesn't do much in terms of colon cleansing. Using an enema is like trying to wash your car with one glass of water. You'll run out of water before you finish.

HOW IS A COLON IRRIGATION ADMINISTERED? Colon irrigations can be administered by a professional colon hydrotherapist or it can be self administered at your home using the "COLEMA BOARD." The cost of a professional treatment is about $60 per session. Dr. Jensen, the world leading authority on colon health, recommends two to three irrigations per day during his seven-day cleansing program. He recommends this seven-day series five times per year for the first year. Once the colon is cleansed after the first year, he recommends the seven-day session once per year for maintenance. Setting up a self-colon irrigation at home will save you hundreds of dollars. You'll pay for the board after your third session, and you'll be able to use the board for many more future sessions. The convenience of being at home is wonderful. But the most important benefit of setting up your own self-colon irrigation is being able to control the sanitary conditions, making sure the water is pure and making sure the equipment is thoroughly disinfected.
